PROJECT MANAGER
DWG is looking for a full-time, experienced project manager to oversee one or more services projects. Projects may range from the development of a new trading partner enablement project for a global organization, assisting our customers in determining the best technologies to help their business grow, to overseeing the implementation of a B2B integration technology for a small to mid-sized company. Candidates must be comfortable managing remote teams, potentially located in multiple countries and be willing to adjust schedules and travel to meet the needs of a specific project.
Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers to determine needs and requirements and assist in identifying appropriate consulting services to address the defined scope of the project.

Lead one or more projects in a manner consistent with DWG’s implementation approach or adhere to the methodology defined by our customer.

Manage all aspects of a project including project risks, issues, contingencies, communications, project schedules, project financials and change management plans.

Support daily operations of DWG, as necessary, including business development, sales cycle support, and practice aid development.
Required Experience & Skills
-
5+ years of experience managing customer projects, preferably in a professional services environment.

Background and demonstrable experience delivering process and technology solutions for your customers.

Success solving problems across multiple industries including Telecom, Healthcare, High-Tech, and Logistics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to be effective across various levels of a customer’s organization.

Experience using project management tools such as Teamwork.com to effectively plan, monitor, and manage your projects.

Available to travel as needed to support company and customer needs.

Comfortable mentoring junior team members to help them develop and be successful.

Proficient working in an entrepreneurial environment and committed to helping DWG constantly improve and grow.
